Best practices for meeting the educational needs of students with chronic health conditions. The Living Through Learning Foundation will tailor training to your staffing and population needs.  These trainings can be provided either on-line or in person.

Webinars
The LTLF staff will host a series of topic specific Webinars for non-profit and community organization providers and the populations they services. This will allow professionals across the country to meet, discuss, support, and collaborate together as they have parallel experiences based on the families they are working with.

In-services
The LTLF staff will provide in-services to non-profit and community providers in the metropolitan New York area. These in-services are designed to be informative, thought provoking, and inspiring to professionals working with children with chronic health conditions. Typically these in-services will be provided in a general manor; however, upon request information can be geared toward a specific health condition.
